- The 2025 South Australian Premier’s Food and Beverage Industry Awards were held on 14 November 2025 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, bringing together leaders and innovators from across the state’s food and beverage manufacturing sector. Guided by the theme "Shaping the Future: Honouring Legacy, Celebrating Excellence," the event recognised outstanding businesses for their innovation, sustainability and commitment to quality. The room design reflected this forward-looking vision, anchored by a custom hexagonal chandelier. Event sponsor Visy further elevated the space by creating bespoke hexagonal décor including archways, ceiling features and stage backdrop, reinforcing the theme through both form and material.
Food took centre stage with Executive Head Chef Gavin Robertson curating a bespoke menu that showcased products from award finalists, delivering a true celebration of South Australian produce. A spirit bar sponsored by Bickford's Group complemented the dining experience, while music from DJ Lesley William and DJ Matt Summit set the tone throughout the evening. The night concluded with an unforgettable dessert grazing experience featuring a Golden North ice cream bar alongside Arnott’s biscuits, macarons, live flamed crème brûlée, tiramisu, Haigh’s chocolate dipped strawberries, fudge cake and an abundant cheese and chocolate grazing table. The result was a rich and immersive showcase of South Australian food, perfectly aligned with an event celebrating both legacy and the future, and enjoyed by very happy guests.
